Together we house a variety of skill sets ranging from non-profit organizations to educators, to engineers. Renee Tantillo, Founder and Creative Director of Renee Breanne Design + Co, started as a passionate interior designer whose love for design started in homes and developed into planning and curation of fine art events. Her talent lies in her ability to understand and execute her clients' spoken and unspoken vision for their wedding celebrations. With nearly a decade of experience, Renee fell in love with dreaming up immaculate events, big and small. With client and guest experience at the center of her artistry, she works with couples who have a penchant for great food, beautiful entertainment and spectacular environments. At her core, she believes that there is nothing better than walking into your wedding day with zero stress and that capturing the smallest moments truly makes the best memories.

Meet Shi. Shi loves all things creative, unique, and organized. Joy is sparked for her when she is spending time with her people, creating, and exploring. She owns a stationery and signage business called Lettered by Shi and between that and working with RBD, she absolutely loves what she does! She also loves love. It is a true pleasure for her to get to support different couples through RBD, learn all about their unique love stories, and see them celebrated on some of their biggest and momentous days. Meredith brings a unique skill set that includes both an eye for design and a project management background to meet all your event-planning needs. Meredith has been styling events for four years, ranging from weddings, to birthday parties and everything in between. Trust me, you want to attend one of her fabulous dinner parties! In addition to her keen sense of aesthetics, Meredith worked for a decade an an engineer and project manager where she oversaw multi-million dollar infrastructure projects and brought them in on time and on budget. That attention to all aspects of your event makes her the perfect partner to take care of the details while you focus on enjoying your special day!

Meet Marisa. Marisa joined the RBD team after recently being a bride herself and loving the process. Having a job that aligns relationship building, planning, creativity and design is perfect for her personality. You can find her traveling, learning, creating, cooking or reading on her time off from teaching 1st grade and event planning. She is passionate about design, art, and of course, weddings! Seeing the beauty, happiness and memories made with your closest people is her favorite part about working with couples. There is no greater joy than creating experiences to make your wedding unforgettable.

We are the Tantillo's! My husband, Chris, has always supported my entrepreneurial spirit and love for design. He is also one handy guy who secretly loves to create anything I dream up! Aiden is my oldest son. He just turned 15 and I can't believe it! Aiden has the gift of music (did not get it from me!) and plays the upright bass in the school orchestra. Blaise is my youngest guy, and despite being the littlest in the family, he also has a whole lot of spunk! Blaise is an aspiring DJ and loves to play sports, soccer being his favorite. As an animal lover, I somehow convinced Chris to adopt 2 cats and 2 dogs who are very much a part of our family as well.
